I have a polymer simulation box that I have prepared with a specific density and I want to use its data file for another stage of my work. This data file has a periodic boundary condition in all 3 axes and I want to output the data file with a non-periodic boundary condition to be able to use it for the next stage of my work. Can anyone help me how to do that?
