how to convert MD++ FS potential file to lammps readable eam.fs file format?

Dear lammps users,

I have a request, could you please help me convert the MD++ finnis sinclair potential format to lammps compatible eam.fs format.

In MD++, the FS potential files contain a list of (18) numerical values. ( i am not getting which values corresponds to what parameter ?! since i didnt find any description of the same ).

could any one help me to get the reference where actual equation is described and could you please help to identify the parameter list corresponding to numerical value in MD++ FS potential format?

The LAMMPS format is documented on the doc page. If the MD++ format
is not, then you should ask the authors of that code.
