Dear LAMMPS users,
I’m new to LAMMPS coding and I want to modify an existing code for nanometric machining. I need to generate the atomistic model of work piece and cutting tool such as attached file. But I have no idea how to generate it, I would be thankful if you introduce me software for generating them and getting atoms coordinates for input data file of lammps code.
Material, dimensions and characteristics of work piece and cutting tool is attached.
