I use mcsqs to generate some sqs structures. However, the processes were interrupted accidentally. When I restart mcsqs, it seems begin from original sqs. Is it posible make the mcsqs continue the previous works?
The generation process is random so there’s no real benefit to restart it any special way. Just keep a copy of the previous SQS it had found. The best SQS is just the better onr among the previous copy and the new ones generated .
