How to save scattering rates in text file

Hii Alex,
I am trying to plot the scattering rates using “amset plot rates -s mesh.h5 --gnuplot” but --gnuplot is not working here. Without --gnupot, it prints and save the rates in a PDF file but does not save the data in any file, and thus, I could not do the post-processing. How can I save the rates in a text file?

Apologies but the rates have a very complicated format and aren’t trivial to write to a text file. You should use the hdf5 file instead. Please see the instructions for accessing the rates here: AMSET for two-dimensional materials - #2 by alex
