Huge noise in reading force values!!

Dear Developers,

I have a fixed rigid boundary made by “fix setforce 0 0 0”
I am using this fix output (3 global vactor of force) to know the resultant forces.
The problem is that the computational noise is very very large. more than 10 time of real force with very high frequency.
I also used fix ave/time (50000 timestep) but no substantial effect has been seen.
I also tried both 1 and 2 fs for timestep.
my model is solid (Si, C).

You say “real force” but you mean the average force I suppose?

In any case, it is impossible to diagnose this situation without your input script and any required files to run it.
