i have a problem with fix/deposit

dear all lammps user’s
i would run my MD simulation using ReaxFF potential to simulate low energy particles interaction with material surface
i have used the fix deposit command to insert a new particle with a given kinetic energy each 150 fs however i have rencontred a small problem. the problem is that during run the code print the message :
warning: unsecceful deposit particle which means that the code can’t add a prticle to the simulation box i don’t know why and what is the solution?
IN THE OTHER HAND I HAVE USED A delete_atoms command within a given region to delete the reflected particle from surface but this don’t do any thing
so if any one has a solution give me what i should do

please read the documentation, which has the explanation.
the code picks a random position within the provided region,
it checks, whether there is a particle too close and if yes,
then tries a number of times and if all of them fail, gives up
and prints the warning. you can tweak the conditions under
which this happens, but it also could be, that you are inserting
particles too quickly in too narrow a region and thus there is
no space to insert more.

also, it is a warning and not an error.

most likely you are doing something wrong. but since
you don't provide any details and i don't read minds
it is impossible to provide a solution.
