I want to Minimum Simulation use Avogadro”Extension−LAMMPS”

I am a very beginner

I could be made LAMMPS_DATA file , use:Avogadro-OVITO

but I cant simulation.

So,Avogadro generated file is under cord.

I want to Minimum Simulation.

How modify this cod?

you didn’t read the data file before you replicate it.

See the read_data command.

I suggest you look at the many example scripts

in the examples dir, before trying to write one
of your own from scratch.
