Can somebody please help me with coding an ideal wall (to use with ex. wall/reflect) that is sinusoidal in shape and steady with time - no wiggling.

There is a whole section in the LAMMPS manual on modifying and extending LAMMPS. That and studying existing wall styles should get you started.
