I have been reading the http://lammps.sandia.gov/doc/print.html as your suggestion and trying to figure out what was wrong with my input script.
By the way I was running the input script on the HPC cluster at my university when I got the error message.
But after that, I run the same input script on my desktop computer and it is running well without getting any error message.
