Inquiries on the second phase morphology(size or shape) through MD simulation

Currently I’m puzzled over a problem related with precipitates or the second phase and wanna seek your favor from MD simulations.

Here is the problem: it is well known that when the doping level of certain content exceeds the solubility limit in the matrix material,it will be precipitaed as the second phase and
. The scattering effects are largely dependent on the morphology(size or shape) of the second phase.
So can the morphology such as average size,size distribution or shape be figurred out through computational simulations?
