install user-lb

Hi I’m going to install User-LB package in order to use lb/fluid fix style.I read the document about installing the packages but I’m still a little confused :

make yes-user-lb

make mpi

based on the documents I should find the user-lb make file in the examples/USER/lb but there is not ‘lb’ file in my directory.I use the lammps-8jul13. How can I find the related make file?

upgrade to a current version of LAMMPS. 8Jul13 is from the "LAMMPS
stone ages" and predates the inclusion of the USER-LB package.
