I've been tasked with building lammps for a parallel environment using
openmpi. Is the proper forum for compilation problems?
there is nothing else. please let us know what the issues are and we
might be able to tell whether this is a LAMMPS issue or something
else.
if you use OpenMPI, perhaps you can just use one of the precompiled
binaries. if you have a compatible version of OpenMPI, it should not
matter what your transport layer is.
