It happens randomly, not in every run. In some runs with for example 7 km/s impact simulation I get everything ok,
but then i run for different impact velocity and after 10,000 steps (timestep of 0.1fs) the run gets stuck and no output
continues to be generated. I use nohup mpiexec -np XX /dir/lmp_mkl < input.in & to submit a job.
and also tried to run without nohup to notice any warning messages or errors, but none. The run just stops at some timestep although the processors are still working.
