LAMMPS SVN Repository Down?

Hello,

I tried to check out the latest version of LAMMPS (at 2:02 PM CST) and I saw the message

$ svn co svn://svn.icms.temple.edu/lammps-ro/trunk mylammps
svn: Can’t connect to host ‘svn.icms.temple.edu’: No route to host

Is the host server down?
