Sir,

I am quite new to lammps .Are there any tutorials,online videos ,scripts and examples apart from lammps documentation that i can follow .I will be quite grateful to you if you can spare a bit of your time to help me finding learning resources .

Have you worked through the examples in the source code?

The LAMMPS website and source code has a ton of different examples of a
variety of problems. If that's not adequate for the type of problem you
want to address with LAMMPS, then you should specify what exactly you are
interested in learning.

Dear Sumit,

In my point of view, surveying lammps examples could be quite useful. You can find them in the directory you have installed lammps.

There are some simple examples. You would better start to surveying these examples. Whenever you face a new command, go to the lammps documentation and check that command. You will not need to read all the points about that command. Just ones that you think are around that example.Gradually, you can see that you will read most parts of the common commands.
Besides, I totally recommend that check the lammps workshops. You can find them here:

There is no need to read all the sessions. Just those that you need at this time.
Furthermore, checking tutorial page could be extremely useful:

All in all, I think you should always consider lammps documantation.

Thanks Nader for your inputs and help . James, exactly i want to model a graphene sheet and then i want to calculate its stress and strain till fracture and i want to dump the fractured sheet as the output.How this is possible via lammps .? I am using VMD to model the graphene sheet and converting it into lammps readable file but it is giving me errors as unexpected end of data file reached .Are there any tutorials which can help me in these issues ?

The data file as generated by converting VMD to lammps and manually editing it to remove extraneous information is attached herewith .
