I used PYMOL to open a .py file which is produced by py_asphere in cygwin with command -r 4. The error information in pymol is MemoryError. The file contains 8000 ellipses. the whole file is big as about 65000 kb. This time the computer is super. It possesses 2 processes (4 cores for each) and the memory is 8GB. So I think it is strong enough for read that file. Do you agree with me?
