Hai,

I make the simulation on graphene. I give the force using fix nvt. I don’t understant what the mean of Tdamp (in user manual it is called as damping temperature/temperature relax).

If I change this one, my simulation result is change also. Please help me to know about it…

It's a param for how strongly the system is pushed towards the target
temperature. I suggest you read a paper on Nose/Hoover dynamics.
