I want to set the coordinate of one atom is static at the beginning of simulation, I set the velocity is zero and use fix setforce command (code as follows), BUT the coordinate is changed,Why? for help, Thanks a million
Try swapping the order of fix setforce and fix langevin.
They both change forces at the same point in the timestep,
so the order they are applied is the order they appear in the input
script.
