ERROR on proc 0: Neighbor list overflow, boost neigh_modify one or page
What is the meaning of above error ?

The warning is just the minimizer telling you it will temporarily reset
some of the neighbor list parameters. The error could be due
to one atom having too many neighbors - see the neigh_modify command
for how to increase the params it mentions. However, they are already
big to start with, so the Q would be, why does your system have so
many neighs/atom.
