[lammps-users] Advice about GPU performance

Hi LAMMPS developers and user,

I am using LAMMPS/22Ago18 version in a K80 Nvidia GPU, which accelerates almost three times my calculations regarding CPUs performance. However, when the simulation finishes the GPU keeps working (as shown in the above image). Despite no running processes found one of GPUs is 97% occupied.

I understand that this problem maybe is not related to a LAMMPS issue, but any advice would be useful for me.

I think you will have much better chances of getting an on-topic response in some nvidia/gpu related forum.
