[lammps-users] Can LAMMPS do this?

Hello,

I woul like to ask you, if is it possible to simulate my problem with LAMMPS. I would like to simulate some polymer interacting with water and with solid surface (which is changing charge. This surface can be continuous plate - not structure from atoms, mainly it must change mark of charge). Would you please tell me if is it possible?

Very thanks for answer. And sorry for bad English.

With regards,

This surface can be continuous plate - not structure from atoms, mainly it must change mark of charge).

Polymer + water + surface can be done with LAMMPS. But I don't know
what the line above about "mark of charge" means. You would likely
have to write a new "fix" to add to the code if you want a specialized
boundary condition,
i.e. a wall, assuming the LAMMPS walls don't do what you want.
