Hi!
You make a sphere and a box first (Fig.0). The sphere is located at a distance h above the surface.
The positions of the cluster should be equilibrated (see Steve’s comment) or just set to zero (as I did).
After that you submit a translational velocity by the velocity command to all of the cluster atoms.
You can deposit or see damage to the surface. (Fig.16)
