[lammps-users] DPD bond-bond repulsion

Dear DPD users,

I am looking into implementing a soft bond-bond repulsion to use with DPD polymers. I’d like to hear if someone already has this in LAMMPS, or if you’d be interested in having this feature added… It would be similar to J. Chem. Phys. 129 034902 (2008).

If you mean something like a bond_style dpd, then go for it.
Send me new class files when you have them.

Yes, bond_style dpd is what I have in mind. This potential will (mostly) prevent bonds from passing through each other, and allow entanglements.
