Dear all,
When I set the bonds for ellipsoid particles (for Gay-Berne potential), Lammps complaints that no bond is allowed for this atom type.
I just wonder why can’t ellipsoilds be connected to other particles. Thanks!
If you use
atom_style hybrid ellipsoid bond
you should be able to define bonds between ellipsoids.
