If I take out those nano particles from my system, It works perfectly fine. I mean if I have only polymer chains, its going good. I dont understand why does it give me the error message if I put in the nanoparticles. Is FENE bond in LAMMPS designed only for polymers. I mean a monomer conected to 1 or 2 other atoms only. Because, in the nano particles, each monomer (atom) is connected to many other atoms through FENE bonds.
