This is not very well tested system, and you might be right about "coulomb catastrophe" now you mentioned it.
I exclude 2-2 pair for model specification. If i don't define it first, it complains about the missing pairs.
Assuming it is from the weak repulsion I will test the system with a higher energy constant for soft potential, I hope this fixes the problem.
