It seems that fix rigid/npt is mentioned a few times in the documentation, however I am unable to find it in the source. Has it been implemented as yet and if not, is there an eta?

You can contact the authors of fix rigid/nvt. There is some
work that would need to be done to jive a fix rigid/npt with the
new Nose/Hoover stuff in the rest of LAMMPS.
