There are a couple mentions of the "press" keyword in the fix rigid documentation. I assumed that these were put in there in anticipation of the fix rigid/npt being released.

Attached is the version of fix rigid/npt that works. I made some changes and added compute_scalar() to it. Sorry I cannot find time these days to re-arrange the rigid fixes in a similar way to fix nh, nve, nvt and npt. in a couple of months maybe..
