Which parameter is the output of “fix thermal/conductivity” command, and how can I calculate thermal conductivity by this command?

The output of the command is the kinetic energy that is being swapped. Think about how you get use it to get heat flux and how you can calculate temperature gradient ti calculate thermal conductivity
And try reading the referenced Muller-Plathe paper.
