[lammps-users] how to calculate shear stress, and get shear stress-strain relation?

Please post to the LAMMPS mail list, not to me directly.

I would read the section 4.13 of the doc pages about NEMD
simulations. Also there is an examples/nemd with an input
script. These will give example of nvt/sllod in use.
