[lammps-users] How to decorated silicon surface with Hydrogen atoms

Hi all,

Would you please share some hint(algorithm) on how to add hydrogen atoms on the surface of Silicon(about 100,000 atoms).

My concern is to build the initial structure.

Assuming you have a good Si surface, you can add H atoms, one
by one, via the fix deposit command.
