Deal all:
  I am trying to include more groups in my calculation so I increased
MAX_GROUP to 132, however, I found that group 30 and 31 (index start
from 1) were not involved in the time integration. So what else did I
miss? Thanks.

you cannot do this. it has been discussed in this list before.
groups use a bitmask to identify atoms and that is currently
limited to 32 bits, i.e. 32 groups including "all".

there is most likely a different way to do what you want to do.
