I’m starting using LAMMPS. Is there API available or at least a general class structure. That would be very helpful to start coding and simulating.

hi leo,

the lammps documentation has a large section explaining how
to extend and modify lammps. that should be a good starting
point. there also are the papers that explain the parallelization
and implementation. what else are you looking for?

No such API exists, other than the Manual in the doc dir.
