There are detailed instructions for configuring, compiling, and installing LAMMPS in the manual.
For users with limited technical experience we recommend using the cmake/cmake3 procedure.

As far as the operating system is concerned, a rocks cluster is just another machine running CentOS Linux and LAMMPS is an HPC application.
There don’t need to be any specific instructions. The generic ones work just fine.
If you cannot comprehend the (detailed!!) explanations in the LAMMPS manual, you need to get help from somebody local that can.

again, you need to study the documentation. this time for the environment module (or lmod) software.
since those are not LAMMPS, this is off-topic for this mailing list.

But I need small help how to make module in my environment
