Hi.

Could you be more specific about what outputs are different? Are any
Physical quantities at equilibrium different from the expected
statistical variance?

I’m analyzed, for example, the output present in the directory examples/friction; the files log.friction.21May08.linux.1 and log.friction.21May08.linux.4 differ; from example the total energy after 20000 timestep are:

-3.0061164 vs -2.9909174
