[lammps-users] LJ benchmark

Hi,
I am running LJ benchmark on LAMMPS. I have two questions.

  1. How do i calculate the parallel efficiency. its ratio od ideal time ans actual time. What value
    should i consider for ideal time.
  2. On the benchmark webpage, it also shows a scaled LJ benchmark. which command should
    i use to state n atoms per processor.

See the README in lammps/bench for info on how to
run different sized problems.

Use the "Loop time" as the timing when it runs for "actual"
time. Ideal time is Time on 1 proc / P procs.
