i would be very surprised if there was one.
the principles of MD are independent of the
code you are using. the lammps manual then
explains the available options.
there are a few papers discussing implementation
specific issues, e.g., the parallelization strategy,
but that in turn is independent from MD.
in principle, you should be able to reproduce
the results from a given input geometry and
potential parameters with different MD codes.
perhaps sticking "LAMMPS tutorial" into google
might yield something along the lines of what
you seem to be looking for.
