Hi All,
I have a question regarding parameters for Si-H system. I didn’t find parameters for this sytem in the literature. From Baskes paper(1992), there are parameters for silicon and Hydrogen individually but not for the Si-H system.
pair_style meam
pair_coeff * * library.meam Si H SiH.meam Si H
In the file SiH.meam I’m not knowing how to give parametrs for Si-H system. Can anybody help me in dealing with the problem.
