[lammps-users] Meanings of 2 array-parameters

Hello Everyone:

I want to make sure the meanings of the special_coul and special_lj parameters, if 0, means excluding 1-2, 1-3, 1-4 pairs coul/lj interactions, if 1, means including these interactions?
