[lammps-users] Modify Lammps

Dear Steve,

I want to modify the lammps and write a new compute command. I have
studied the manual but it is not enough to know how I can modify the code.
Would you please explain each function with its arguments in a simple
compute code. I think this is useful to understand the lammps code.

The best way to do this is find a compute that is similar
to what you want and use it as the starting point. Post
a question to the mail list if you don't understand something
specific.
