[lammps-users] Need DNA simulation input file

Hi ALL

I am in search of Parallel Applications to test our tool.
I am using Some benchmarks of LAMMPS ( like Crack propagation).

I want to use some biological applications like Protien, DNA simulation.

Is there any Benchmark suite for DNA simulation?

Is so please send me an LAMMPS input file for DNA simulation

Sanjay,

Take a look at the in.rhodo problem in the lammps/bench directory for
an example membrane protein setup. For an example DNA simulation, take
a look at the 1ac7 example in the lammps/tools/ch2lmp/example
directory.
