Please post your Qs to the LAMMPS mailing list rather
than to me directly, so others can answer/learn.
This error has nothing to do with rRESPA. It occurs if you
are not running with long-range Coulombics (Ewald or PPPM),
which is required for coul/long potentials. Else use coul/cut.
