Please post to the LAMMPS mail list, not to the SForge forum.
I'll let Paul answer these questions.
But I don't see any difference in the thermo output between GPU
vs CPU below. If there is some tiny difference, than
this is round-off, which is to be expcected b/c the GPU is a different
chip.
