Have you posted your Q to the LAMMPS mail list?
I'll answer it now. Please read section 4.15 of the manual
for various options for getting output from LAMMPS. If you
want output from a compute, print it with thermo, or give
it to the fix ave/time command which lets you dump it to a file.
