A detailed explanation is given on how to generate an EAM potential
file for lammps. As you are already having the reference for TiAl i.e.
Ref. PRB 68, 024102 (2003), Zope and Mishin. you can take the all the
seven fitting parameters from there and can fit as per the lammps
requirement.
