[lammps-users] Print the run/simulation time value in a dump file

Hi,

I use a variable time-step for my simulation using the fix dt/reset command.
I understand that my dump file prints out the value of the timestep every time.

How do I get it to print the total time taken upto that point? The manual says: "The cumulative simulation time (in time units) is stored as the first element of a vector. Both these quantities can be accessed by various output commands."

Which specific ‘output command’ can I use?

Thermo_style custom for one. Just give if f_foo[1] where foo = ID of
the fix dt/reset.
