This is definitely a bug. (Even if there is a problem with your
files, moltemplate should always print a relevant error message.)
Can you send me your "system.lt" file as well as all of the other
".lt" files? (Please don't send them to the lammps mailing list.) I
will try running moltemplate (lttree_check.py) on your files, and fix
the bug. Hopefully that will help get you past your current impass.
