Got a problem with the units for the fix "indent". As I understood so far the units are measured in lattice constants. To be more specific:

I'm not clear on what you are asking. The only difference between
lattice and box units is a scale factor. Some commands support
"lattice" as an option (specified as "units lattice") for convenience.
The command doc pages explain what this means.
