First many thanks to Vikas and Steve for their kind answers to my previous questions.
It is written that
This line:
variable temp atom c_ke/1.5
should be:
variable temp atom c_ke/1.5
in the current version. The doc page is out of date.
c_ke is simply the vector storing the KE for each atom.
I've changed the doc page on the WWW site.
